Plan Availability: Sense Analyst is available as a paid add-on for customers on Pro and Enterprise plans. Account admins can start a 30-day free trial.
Explore curated AI-generated insights about your site - generated automatically on your project's configured cadence and ranked by severity. Insights cover site health, UX friction, merchandising performance, and user journey patterns, helping you know where to focus.
When you open Sense Analyst, you will see the curated insights.
-
Review the insight cards and click on any card that interests you.
- Sense Analyst will open the conversation where the insight was generated.
- Review the analysis results Sense generates.
-
Continue with follow-up questions to refine your analysis. E.g. "Can you segment this by device type?".
You can manage your curated insight cards to keep your view focused on what matters most, hiding irrelevant insights and saving the ones you want to track. Hover over a card and click '...' to open the options.
You can:
- Dismiss a card to hide it. An undo option appears immediately after dismissal. You can optionally provide a reason for dismissing the card.
- Watch a card to save it to your ‘Watching’ section. Watched cards remain visible even when your insights are next updated. When a watched card goes stale, you can still click it - it opens with a pre-loaded prompt to check how that metric has changed.
Both actions are per user and per project. Dismissed and watched states are not shared with other users.
Note:
Journey intelligence insights require both Journey Analysis and Funnel Analysis to be set up on your project. Without these, no journey intelligence insights will be generated.
Configure your curated insights
By default, only admins can configure the schedule of the curated insights.
-
Click 'Edit schedule' (the calendar icon).
-
Choose a schedule: Weekly or Daily. Weekly insights are generated on Sunday, covering the previous Sunday to Saturday.
- Click 'Save'.
- The schedule you set applies to the entire project. You can find the next update date beside the schedule icon.
Get your insights automatically
Your top curated insights are delivered automatically to your inbox every Tuesday. Each email is titled "[Project name], your weekly insights for [date]" and includes Critical, Risk, Opportunity and Win insights.
Click the link on any insight to open the analysis directly in Sense Analyst, or click View all insights to see your full weekly briefing.
To unsubscribe, use the link in the footer of any email.
Note:
The weekly email is available for projects on weekly generation cadence only. Emails are sent in your Contentsquare language preference.
Save prompts for re use
Saving prompts saves you time and ensures your team is consistently analyzing what matters most.
Once you have refined a question that delivers valuable insights, save it so you can reuse it.
Sense Analyst saves prompts in two different ways depending on how you create them:
Personal prompts
- Automatically created when you click ‘Schedule a prompt’ during a conversation.
- Best for: Your own investigation and experiments
Template prompts
- Shared across your entire project (anyone in your team can use them).
- Created when you build a prompt from scratch in the templates tab (not from an active conversation).
- Best for: Standardized analyzes everyone should use.
Tip
Start by saving prompts from conversations as you refine questions. Once you've validated a prompt that delivers high-value insights, recreate it as a template prompt so your team can use it.

Why am I getting a weekly email from Sense Analyst?

I didn't get my weekly insights email this week
