This feature requires Experience Monitoring, available on Enterprise plans, or as an add-on on Pro plans.
1. Watch errors in Session replay to visualize the UX impact of the error
- Open the error side panel and click on 'See Replays' to watch a playback of the user session to see how the user experiences the error.
2. Pinpoint where the user experiences the error
- Use the Event stream to see when the user encounters the error. Click on the checkbox to select the event as the error and select 'Quantify' to be redirected to Impact Quantification to further analyze the error.
3. Quantify the impact of the selected error
- Compare the segment of users who encountered the error against users who didn't encounter the error but reached the page where the error happened.
The widget will recreate the difference in conversion rate and the revenue projection based on the median cart for each segment.
4. See when users started to encounter the error
- Use the sessions over time widget to see the evolution of the error.
5. See how the error is impacting across browsers and devices
- Click on the Localize tab to get more context about the error and see which Browsers, Devices, and Operating Systems (OS) are affected.
6. Understand user journeys paths of users who experienced the error
- You can use the error side panel (from the Error Analysis table) and click 'See in Journey Analysis' to compare the segment of users who saw the error on a specific page vs. those who didn't to get a full picture of user journeys.
