What to expect
This integration will help you to assess how performances affect your customer's experience. You will be able to access Contentsquare session replays directly in your APM Dashboard in order to see exactly what a user was doing when an error occurred and combine the technical data of your APM with the behavioral data surfaced from Contentsquare to uncover and prioritize the issues that have the greatest impact on your customer experience and revenue. When identifying an issue in a Contentsquare session replay, you will also be able to find the link to the corresponding Blue Triangle session so that you can investigate it further in your APM.

This Dynamic Variable is used to link to Blule Triangle from the replay session as shown in the verification section below. There is no use to query this variable.

Please go to the section How to request an integration to see the instructions to enable this integration. You can then return here once completed.
In order to use the full integration, please provide your Contentsquare CSM or support team with your Blue Triangle Site ID. It is a number that is in the URL of your BT app. The parameter in the URL is sid and this will allow you go from the Contentsquare session replay to the relevant Blue Triangle session. See usage instructions below.

Verifying it works
You can use the chrome extension to check the results are sent to CS.
Note that it will only send this once per session on the very first pageview, so to complete this test you will need to delete cookies then reload.
If you don't see it there then please contact your Blue Triangle technical contact and ask them to check this with the integration developer.
